Debra Ungles

Debra Ann Ungles, 66, of Pekin, IL passed away on Friday, March 29, 2024, at the Loft Rehabilitation and Care Center in East Peoria, IL. She was born in Kansas City, MO, on November 2, 1957, the daughter of Robert E and Bertha D. (Ackerman) Boyer. She settled in Cherryvale, KS, until moving to Pekin, Illinois in 2015.

She is survived by her son, Clifford (Amanda) Ungles; two grandchildren, Rylee Ungles and Oliver Ungles, all of Pekin; one sister, Patty (Henry) Jones; and one brother, Robert R. Boyer, both of Pekin. She was preceded in death by both her parents and two sisters, Ramona Thornton of Thayer, Kansas, and Marilyn Bone of Cherryvale, Kansas. She had eight nieces and nephews, 23 great-nieces and nephews, and numerous great-great nieces and nephews, whom she also adored.

At Debra's request, cremation rites have been accorded. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date in Kansas.
