Tracy D. Hartseil, 47, of Peoria, IL drew her last breath on October 20, 2018 at 3:42 p.m. at OSF St. Francis medical Center in Peoria surrounded by her family.

She was born July 14, 1971 to Thomas & Sherry Barnhill McKinney. She spent the last 8 years with the love of her life Roger Cox.

She is survived by her mother Sherry McKinney, boyfriend Roger Cox, 3 sisters Tracy (Jim) Bannon, Tonya (Mike) Bowen, Shawna (Jim) McCrimmon. niece and best friend Stephane McKinney, nephew Bradley (Amber) Mefford, niece Ashley (Todd) Hadsell, nephew Joshua (Amanda) Bowen among many other nieces and nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.

Her father, grandparents Louis & Edna Barnhill and Dorrine McKinney along with her beloved dog Pugsley preceded her in death.

Tracy was crazy at heart and loved her Coca-Cola and her holistic remedy’s. She graduated from Limestone High School & Carl Sandburg College in Galesburg, IL . She will be missed by all.

There will be a Celebration of Life on November 3, 2018 beginning at 3:00 pm at “Last Call” 4201 SW Adams Peoria IL In lieu of flowers, donations to the family are encouraged and would be appreciated.
