Aaron P. Palazzo, 54, of Monmouth, IL passed away at 5:47 am on Saturday, July 6, 2024, at the OSF Richard L. Owens Hospice Home in Peoria, IL.

He was born on July 14, 1969, in Peoria, the son of Dennis Palazzo and Katherine Spengler. Aaron was preceded in death by his mother, 4 uncles, 1 aunt and 6 grandparents.

Surviving is one daughter Alaura Clark. Along with his father & wife, Dennis and Lynn Palazzo. He is also survived by his 2 two sisters: Rachel Ball and her partner Mark and their 3 children and 1 grandchild; Keri & Tim Burns and their 5 children and 5 grandchildren.

After graduating from Union High School in 1988, where he played one of his favorite sports, football. Aaron went on to be an Iron Worker out of Ironworkers Union #22. Aaron worked as an Iron Worker for about 22 years. Aaron was able to work on several bridges in the Peoria area and Lucas Oil Stadium that he was tremendously proud of.

In Aaron's spare time he enjoyed doing some of his favorite hobbies; Fishing, mushroom hunting, riding his Harley Motorcycle, watching the Chicago Bears and spending time with loved ones. Aaron had a great sense of humor; he never met a stranger. He loved to laugh and tell jokes and to put a smile on people's faces. Aaron loved his family deeply and we all wished we could have had more time together.

Aaron was a deeply beloved father, uncle, cousin, brother, and friend. He has been a rock to many and will be extremely missed by all.

Cremation rites have been accorded. A time to celebrate his life will be held at The Den at 510 in Pekin, IL 61554  on September 21st at 12:30 pm to 3:pm.
