Andrew (Andy) Hamilton Billings, age 30, of Peoria, IL, passed away at 5:00 pm, Friday, August 7, 2015, at his home. Andy was born on April 8, 1985 in Peoria, IL, the son of Mark Steven Billings and Peggy Hamilton both of Peoria. He is survived by his parents and three sisters, Nicole (John) Bute of Lebanon, IL; Michelle Dunn of Peoria, IL; Rebekah (Billy) Nugent of Clarksville, TN; grandmother Hazel Hamilton of Peoria, IL; and many nieces, nephews and cousins. Arrangements are being handled by Affordable Cremations. A celebration of Andy's life will be held on Wednesday, August 12, 2015 at 3:30 pm in the Peoria Elks Lodge located at 1 Elks Drive, Peoria, IL.
