B. Sharon Atteberry, 68, of Peoria Heights, IL passed away at 8:04AM, Sunday, October 20, 2019, in Peoria Heights.

She was born on September 7, 1951, in Peoria the daughter of Donald and Helen Livengood Dorn.  She married Lonnie D. Atteberry on June 6, 1970, in Abilene, TX.

Surviving is her husband, daughter Melinda Febus of Champaign, IL and her children Nicole, and Jasmine, and two great grandchildren, Lily and Omari, Holly (Dave) Sanders of Nisswa, MN and their children Hudson, Collin and Holland. Also surviving are two brothers, Larry (Susan) Dorn of St. Louis, MO and George Dorn of Morton, IL along with her twin sister Karen Switlik of Peoria Heights, IL.  Her parents and one brother Bob preceded her in death.

She was an active member of Riverside Community Church in Peoria where a memorial service is scheduled for 11:00AM, Friday, October 25, 2019.  Pastor John King will officiate.  There will be no visitation.  Cremation rites have been accorded and services are provided by Affordable Funeral & Cremation Services of Central Illinois, Peoria.  To share a memory for her family, visit www.peoriafuneral.com.
