Bruce Johnson

Bruce C Johnson, 67, of Peoria, IL passed away peacefully on October 22, 2021. His family will lovingly remember him as "Bee" and by his co-workers as "Doc."

On January 9, 1954, Bruce was born to Bruce C Johnson and Christine (Bonavita)Johnson. Surviving are his Sister Yvonne (Jim) Buchanan Peoria IL, one brother Robert (Lea Ann ) Johnson Peoria IL, one nephew James Buchanan Pekin IL, and one great-niece and nephew.

Bruce last worked at D.A. Hoerr & Sons Inc. and was loved by all who came in contact with him.

A big thank you to Dale Geyer for taking such special care of Bruce throughout the years and to his Church Family at the Apostolic Christian Church on Sheridan.  Also, a special thank you to Aperion Care,  specifically his nurse Mel who was so attentive and caring during his stay there.

Cremation rites have been accorded. At Parkview Cemetery, 2001 N. Universty a graveside memorial service will be held at noon on Friday, November 19, 2021.  Friends and family are welcome to attend.  Affordable Funeral and Cremation Services is assisting with arrangements.
