Charleen Hale, 49, of Creve Coeur, Illinois, died peacefully at her home surrounded by family on Friday, February 27, 2026.

She was born in Peoria on March 21, 1976, to Daniel Graham and Tina Downard Graham. She married Jason Hale in Peoria, Illinois, on June 7, 2003.

Her surviving family members include her husband, Jason; her parents, Daniel and Tina Graham of Creve Coeur; a brother, Justin Graham, and sister-in-law, Caitlyn Pullins of South Pekin, Illinois; and her nephew, Lennox Graham.

She was a woman of strong faith and devoted to God. She enjoyed being part of Encounter Church in East Peoria. Her passions included baking, volunteering at church, valuing family moments, and spending time with her beloved dogs.

Cremation rites have been performed. A time to celebrate her life will take place at Encounter Church in East Peoria on Saturday, March 28, 2026, from noon until 3 pm, with food provided. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to a charity of the donor's choice. Affordable Funeral & Cremation Services of Central Illinois is managing the arrangements.
