Clark Wade, 71, Peoria, IL died at 7:38p on Wednesday, August 29, 2018, from natural causes. Born in Southern Illinois, he was retired from IL Department of Corrections as an Asst. Superintendent of Operations; a martial artist and instructor at Phil Koeppel Karate School - 8th Dan; past Board Member of NAMI; fraternity member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc.; and a member of Prince Hall Masons of Peoria, Il. He is survived by his wife of 51 years, Lynda; he is survived by his sons, daughters, grandchildren, aunts, uncles, and cousins. His parents preceded him in death. A celebration of life services will be communicated at a later date.
