David Adams

David L. Adams, 53, of Peoria Heights, IL passed away on Sunday September 7, 2025, at OSF St. Francis Medical Center in Peoria.

He was born on August 11, 1972, in Peoria the son of Terry and Theresa Harmon Adams.

Surviving are his mother, two sons Clayton Adams and Chance Adams both of Peoria Heights, two sisters Carrie MacRitchie of Hampstead, NC and Kristen Adams of Peoria, IL.  He was preceded in death by his father.

Dave was a skilled handyman who took on a variety of jobs throughout Peoria. His passions included music, camping, and fishing, and he proudly cheered for the St. Louis Cardinals and the Chicago Bears. In his downtime, he found delight in the captivating stories offered by the History Channel, further fueling his curiosity about the world.

At the request of David, cremation rites will be accorded.  A celebration of life will be announced for a later date.  Affordable Funeral & Cremation Services of Central Illinois has been entrusted with arrangements.
