Dennis K. Wright

Dennis K. Wright, 75, of Peoria passed away Monday, March 19, 2018 at OSF Richard L. Owens Hospice Home in Peoria.

He was born on March 13, 1943 in Peoria son of the late Wellington and Evadale Hoisington Wright. He married Odette Duprez on September 28, 1991 in Palestine, TX.

Surviving are his wife of Peoria, one daughter Tami L. (Kim) Riggenbach of East Peoria and one son Timothy J. (Jill) Wright of Peoria, two step-sons Michael (Miranda) Nichols of Ft. Worth, TX and Bryce (Lindsey) Nichols of Rowlett, TX 10 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren. Also surviving are two brothers Dana (Cheryl) Wright of Bonner Springs, KS and John Edwards of Galesburg, IL. One sister preceded him in death.

A U.S. Navy Veteran, Dennis was a retired chef. He will be truly missed by his family and friends. Everyone who knew Dennis, knew that he had a deep love for his dogs and grandchildren.
