Donna Louise Esposito, 66, of Metamora took her last breath, surrounded by her family, on Sunday, July 20th at 5:22pm at her home. She was born on November 27, 1947 in Peoria the daughter of the late Fred and Ethel Humphrey Logsdon. Donna is survived by one son Robert Jordan, Jr., two daughters Michelle Jordan and Donna Egli, 9 grandchildren, two great grandchildren. One brother Fred Logsdon Jr. one sister Bonnie Smith and many nieces and nephews as well as her special chihuahua and dachshund also survive. Three brothers James Logsdon, Delmar Woolard, Glen Woolard, preceded her in death, Most remember Donna as the owner of Donna's Place in Peoria. She held many fond memories of the people she came to know and love there. Donna enjoyed going to Native American pow wows, preparing holiday dinners for her family and friends, watching classic Western movies, enjoying her dogs, eating a good catfish, and downing a good margarita. For over thirty years she suffered from MS (multiple sclerosis) and the many complications that continued to arise from that disease. Though her body weakened throughout the years, her spirit never wavered and remained strong until she took her last breath. She lived every bit of life that she was given in this world. She is loved and will always be missed. Cremation rites have been accorded. A time to celebrate Donna's life will be Thursday, July 24, 2014 at Mason Funeral Home in Germantown Hills from 4pm until 6pm.
