Dorothy Pearl Ferguson, 99, of Peoria, Illinois, passed away on Monday, January 19, 2026, at Renaissance Health in Canton, Illinois.

Born on July 26, 1926, in Peoria, she was the daughter of Alvin and Sophia Burk Sprenkle. She married Albert L. Ferguson Sr. on August 17, 1953, in Lincoln, Illinois. He passed away on August 1, 2005. Dorothy was also preceded in death by two brothers and two sisters.

She is survived by one son, Albert Ferguson Jr., two daughters, Diane Ross and Carroll Peck, along with six grandchildren and several great-grandchildren. Further surviving are one brother Roy Sprenkle

In accordance with Dorothy's wishes, cremation has taken place, and her family will privately celebrate her life.
