Elaine M. Russell

Elaine M. Russell, 46, of West Peoria, IL passed away unexpectedly, Tuesday, July 26, 2016 in the emergency room of OSF St. Francis Medical Center in Peoria. She was born on October 21, 1969 in Peoria the daughter of James Russell and Kay Terrell. Surviving are her mother Kay (John) Bianco of West Peoria, two sisters Christine Russell and Lorra Russell all of Peoria and one brother Lanny Russell also of Peoria. Further surviving are two nephews, Johnathon and Joshua Hess along with one niece Danielle Conover. She was preceded in death by her father and her life long love and companion of 30 years, Richard "Pidgeon" Voegele in 2015. She enjoyed many things in life, but before all else, Elaine enjoyed country music and singing. Cremation Rites have been accorded. A time to celebrate Elaine's life will be held Sunday, July 31, 2016 from 5pm until 7pm at the Eagle's Lodge, located at 1704 South East Lane in Peoria.
