Emily Marie Mcghee

Emily Marie McGhee, 60, beloved mother, sister and aunt was called to her eternal resting place on August 9, 2017. She entered this world on June 20, 1957 in Peoria, IL, born to Norman and Ida (Williams) McGhee Sr.. She is survived by her daughter Brie'Ana Marie McGhee, brother Norman Jr. (Shellie) McGhee, nephew Elijah Montae' McGhee, niece McKenzie Alexa McGhee all of Peoria. One surviving aunt Ethel (Williams) Hulbert of Peoria. Emily worked for more than 30 years at Family Core perviously known as Counseling and Family Services. She precedes in death by her parents, 11 aunts and uncles and a host of cousins. At Emily's request, there will be a private memorial service for the family. A Celebration of Life will be announced for a later date. Donations in her name may be given to the Children's Hospital of Illinois.
