Frederick M Meinders

Frederick M. Meinders, 56, of Chillicothe passed away unexpectedly at 3:20pm Friday August 3, 2012 in Pekin. He was born on May 7, 1956 in Peoria the son of Menno (Jack) and Bernadine M. Jones Meinders. Surviving is one son Brandon Meinders of Manito, and one daughter Nykole Jackson and two grandchildren Toree and Trevin Meinders of Lacon. Further surviving are three brothers Lonnie Meinders of Dunlap, Mike Meinders of Spear and Dennis Meinders of Chillicothe. Also surviving is one sister Linda Armstrong of Belleville, IL. as well as several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, one son Chad Meinders, and one brother Danny Meinders. He was a concrete finisher for several companies in the Peoria area for many years. He also worked for Meinders Power Vac for several years. He had a great sense of humor and enjoyed spending time with his children and grandchildren. Cremation Rites have been accorded with a graveside service at 11am Thursday August 9th at Lacon Cemetery. A reception will be held immediately after the service at Lacon United Methodist Church.
