James F. Niles, 79, of Lacon passed away at 7:07 am, Wednesday, March 1, 2017 at the Richard L. Owens Hospice Home in Peoria. Surviving are two sons James M. Niles of Low Point, IL and David (Lynda) Niles of Chillicothe, IL and one grandson Matthew of Chillicothe. At his request, cremation rites have been accorded, private services will be held.
