Janita Lynn Smith, 48, of Peoria passed away on Monday, October 2, 2017 at her residence.

Janita was born on April 16, 1969 in Peoria, IL to Ronald and Jean Street Smith. She is survived by her father Ronald (Deborah) Smith of Yates City, IL and her mother Jean Street of Galva, IL; two sons, Nova and Xaven; and one daughter, Annabelle. Also surviving is one brother Ronald (Jenny) J. Smith of Elmore, IL.
