Jerry L. Hight, 71, of Peoria passed away at 1:30pm. Monday, April 9, 2018 at Aperion Care in Peoria Heights, IL.

He was born on May 26, 1946 in Peoria, IL son of Bill and Ruth Reese Hight. He married Teri L. Alberts on August 26, 1966 in Peoria.

Surviving are his wife, one daughter Misty Bolton of Lakeland, FL, two sisters Carol (Bernie) Schoen and Judy Madden all of Peoria.

He was an honorably discharged U.S. Army Veteran. Jerry worked as a laborer for Laborers Local 165 for many years retiring in 2012. The family would like thank the staff of Hospice Compassus and Aperion Care for their kindness and devotion to Jerry, his family and friends.
