Jimmie R. Stutts

Jimmie R. Stutts, 80, of East Peoria passed away at 4:54am on Tuesday, April 2, 2015 at his residence. He was born on January 30, 1935 to Taylor and Helen Wolfe Stutts. He married Susan "Sue" Gabriel on January 22, 1982 in Peoria. Surviving are his wife, one son Drew (Abby) Stutts, two grandsons Korey Stutts and Kaiden Boles all of Peoria Heights. Further surviving are three brothers Larry, David and Steve as well as several nieces and nephews. One daughter preceded him in death. Jim worked in the material control department at Caterpillar for more than 36 years, retiring in 1990. He enjoyed hunting, listening to blues music, drawing and his three dogs. Cremation rites have been accorded with services being held at a later date.
