Jo-Ellen Ludolph

Jo-Ellen Ludolph, 63, of Peoria Heights passed away peacefully on Monday evening June 18, 2012 at her residence with her family by her side. She was born on October 27, 1948 in Peoria the daughter of Ghlee and Lois Hill Conn. She married Mike Ludolph. Surviving are two sons Spc. Jon Greer of Ft. Campbell Ky. and Jamal Genson of Chicago. Also surviving are three brothers Gary Conn of Ft. White FL, Gale Conn of Gainesville, FL and David Conn of Waynesboro, PA. one sister Loislee Turner of Peoria Heights, IL., as well as 9 nieces and nephews. Jo-Ellen was a people person, and it was evident with the work she did. She worked at the Sojourn Women's Shelter and the Rape Information & Counseling Service in Springfield helping domestic abuse victims. Jo-Ellen also worked at Illinois Mentor placing mentally and physically handicapped children find homes. Jo-Ellen was a wonderful person, mother, sister, aunt, and friend. She will truly be missed. Cremation rites have been accorded with a memorial service to be scheduled at a later date. In lieu of flowers memorials may be given in her name to a charity of the donor's choice.
