John Mcclernon

John "Jack" F. McClernon, 81, passed away Tuesday,  May 18, 2021, at Generations of Peoria with his family by his side. John was born. August 22, 1939, in Springfield IL to the late Anthony and Doris McClernon.

John was married 42 years to Norma Darlene McClernon. He is survived by his 3 children, Chuck (Erica) McClernon, Quentin McClernon and Amy (Tim) Korte. Also surviving are 6 grandchildren, Annie, Clifford, Ian, Maggie, Nickolas and Jack: four siblings, Tom (Nancy) McClernon, Ann (Larry) Downs, Mary Kirkpatrick and Michael (Susie) McClernon.

Jack enjoyed playing cards and dancing with his long-time companion, Colleen Hinderliter.
