Joseph W. Brill Iii

Joseph W. Brill III, 45 of Peoria passed away unexpectedly at 1:25am on Monday March 19, 2012 at his residence. He was born on May 7, 1966 in Peoria the son of Joseph and Shirley Blackwell Brill Jr. He married Tammy M. Barton on December 10, 2008 in Peoria. Surviving is his wife of Peoria. Also surviving are his parents of Lake City, KY; one daughter Jamie Durbin of Peoria, one son Joseph (Samantha Warden) Brill IV of Peoria, three-step daughter's Stephanie Barton of Peoria, Samantha Barton of Charleston, SC and Kendra Keayes of East Peoria. Further surviving are four grandchildren; one sister Peggy Garcia of Peoria, four brothers Rick (Sue) Brill of Dexter, KY; David (Angie) Brill of Pekin; Jonathon Brill of Kansas City, KS and Christopher (Tamika Holder) Brill of Lake City, KY. as well as several nieces and nephews. Preceding him in death was his Common Law wife Gertrude Spencer in 2007 as well as one infant sister Tammy Brill. Cremation rites have been accorded. A gathering to celebrate Joes's life will be Thursday March 22, 2012 from 3pm until 5pm at the Fraternal Order of Eagle's Club, 1704 S. East Lane in Peoria. Memorials may be given in his name American Cancer Society.
