Jospeh B. Burton

Joseph B. Burton, 56, of Creve Coeur passed away on Tuesday, November 4, 2014 at OSF St. Francis Medical Center in Peoria. He was born on February 7, 1958 in Lincoln, IL the son of Russell and Veda Schappaugh Burton. He married Denise E. Sinks on October 28, 1989. Surviving is his wife, one son Joshua Burton both of Creve Coeur. Also surviving are his mother Veda Burton; three sisters Linda Stanley, Pamela (Blaine) Thorpe all of Peoria and Debra (Ronnie) Hammontree of Port Orange, FL. Further surviving are several nieces and nephews. His father preceded him in death. He was an assembler at Mitsubishi Motors in Bloomington for 15 years. Cremation rites have been accorded. A celebration of life will be held 1pm Thursday, November 13, 2014 at the Rock Church 1081 Upper Spring Bay Rd, in East Peoria.
