Kay Bianco

Kay A. Bianco, 75, of West Peoria, IL passed away peacefully, Wednesday, July 5, 2017, at her residence. She was born on February 4, 1942 in Farwell, MI, daughter of Raymond and Ida Forbes Terrell. She moved to Peoria in 1965 with James H. Russell whom she had her four children with. Surviving are her daughters Christine Russell and Lorra Russell both of Peoria; one son Lanny Russell of Brimfield, IL; three grandchildren Joshua and Johnathon Hess and Danielle Conover along with one brother Russell (Jane) Terrell of Indianapolis, IN. Also surviving is her husband John E. Bianco whom she married on September 10, 1996 in Las Vegas, NV. Her parents, one daughter Elaine Russell and one sister preceded her in death. She worked at Marilyn's Bow K for Marilyn Davis for many years before her retirement. She enjoyed many things in life including flowers, her family, especially her grandchildren. Cremation rites have been accorded. The family will receive friends on Sunday, July 9, 2017, from 4:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. at her residence 3333 W. Rohmann Ave in West Peoria.
