Kenneth Raymond "Kenny" McKnight, 87, formerly of Peoria, IL passed away 1:40 am on Tuesday, July 2, 2024, at Sunset Rehabilitation and Health Care Center in Canton, IL.

He was born on October 23, 1936 in Peoria, IL the son of Andy and Vera (Stiff) McKnight.

He is survived by his daughters Sandra Woods of Metamora, IL and Michelle (Sara) Carr of Decatur, IL. Also surviving are one grandson, Shane McKnight, and one granddaughter, Ashley McKnight Hill, along with two nephews, Troy McKnight and Brian McKnight; one niece Brandy McKnight. He was preceded in death by his parents, his brother, Gerald A. McKnight and his son, Michael R. McKnight..

Kenny graduated from Bradley University majoring in Business Administration.

Kenny worked for Caterpillar Tractor Company for many years last working as a machine operator. He had many hobbies including bowling, body building, and collecting baseball cards and Mickey Mouse memorabilia. Kenny loved animals and had many pet cats over the years.
