Kent L. Nunley

Kent L. Nunley, 54, of rural Chillicothe passed away at 12:16am on Wednesday, April 29th 2015 at his residence. He was born August 21, 1960 in Pekin the son of Jim and Nancy Holmes. Surviving are two sons Kortney Nunley and Joshua Nunley; two daughters Mandie Nunley-Espino and Michelle Nunley as well as five grandchildren. Also surviving are four brothers Randy Holmes, Dennis Holmes Jimmy Holmes and Tommy Holmes; five sisters Debbie Hardest, Wendy Steven, Treina Counterman, Tammy Scroggins and Johanna Holmes along with Kent's girlfriend Pamela Schoenbein. Kent worked at O'Brien Steel Services in Peoria and was also a professional clown. He had many enjoyments in life but especially enjoyed cooking. Cremation rites have been accorded. A backyard cookout will be held on Saturday, May 9th 2015 from 1pm until 5pm at the home of his son Kortney, 419 Yankee Lane in Chillicothe. Donations may be sent to the family.
