Lois Bowles of Peoria passed away Saturday, December 28, 2013 at Fondulac Rehabilitation and Health Care in East Peoria. She was born April 29, 1922 in Springfield, IL. She married Ralph Bowles he preceded her in death on December 23, 1978. Surviving are one son Emmett (Soozie) Bowles of Louisville, KY, and one daughter, Linda (Don) Riley of East Peoria. Also surviving are two grandchildren Robin (Nick) Szewczyk of Houston, Tx. and Justin (Darcy) Bachman of Brooklyn, NY as well as two great grandchildren. She retired from Methodist Hospital in 1987.
