Lou V. (Cobb) Stuck

Newburgh, IN--Lou V. Stuck (Cobb) born July 22, 1951, in Greenville KY, passed away of a short illness peacefully in the loving care of the OSF Richard L. Owens Hospice Home in Peoria Illinois on Saturday, March 29, 2025.

She was the daughter of James and Naomi Cobb both of whom preceded her in death. Lou was deeply rooted in faith and service. Her unwavering devotion to Christ guided her every step and she selflessly served others.

Lou is lovingly remembered by her daughters, Sharon Lemmert of Wasilla Alaska and Dawn Lemmert of Groveland Illinois, grandchildren Maria Saunders, Bradley Jones, Isabella and Adeline Norris and great-grandchildren Jakoby Saunders and Ryker Lemmert along with a large extended family of 5 brothers and two sisters. She held daughter, Terri Jones, and grandson, Jordan Lemmert close to her heart who preceded Lou in death.

Lou found joy in life in quiet blessings of nature, reading and studying the Bible and treasured time with her family and friends. Those who knew Lou were touched by her self-less spirit, steadfast love, and her willingness to share her faith. Her kind, gentle spirit was appreciated by many and she will be greatly missed.
