Louisa A. Harvey, 86, of East Peoria passed away at 11:25am December 1, 2013 at the Richard L. Owens Hospice Center in Peoria. She was born on March 4, 1927 in Ludlow, IL the daughter of William L. and Annie F. Arnold Gilmore. Louisa married John F Linmeier and later James E. Harvey. Surviving is one daughter Linda (Michael) Silver of Washburn and one son James (Janice) Lindmeier of St. Charles, MO. Also surviving are eight grandchildren and twelve great grandchildren. Her parents, three sisters and two brothers preceded Louisa in death. She was employed 25 years at Hiram Walker's Distillery and co-owned Twice Nice, a retail store in East Peoria. Cremation Rites have been accorded with no services scheduled.
