Lucinda Burgoyne

Lucinda L. Burgoyne, 63, of Peoria, IL, passed away at 6:29 pm on Saturday, November 26, 2022, at her residence.

She was born on August 12, 1959, in Peoria, the daughter of Harold and Marguerite Hittle Burgoyne.

Surviving are three children, Billie Jo (Dan) Stambaugh of Peoria, Holly Collier, and Chastity Collier, both of Pekin. Also surviving are six grandchildren, Sabrina VanDyker, Brandon Collier, Bryson (Alyssa) Stambaugh, Carissa Collier, Alisa Edwards, Colton Collier; three great-grandchildren, Mason Stambaugh, Paisleigh Stambaugh, and Zayden Garner; one brother Okell (Ray) Sizemore of Roanoke, Rosemary McConttrell and Marguerite (Butch) Hutchinson all of Peoria. Her parents, two brothers, Romy Trotter and Alto Sizemore preceded her in death.

Cremation rites have been accorded. A celebration of life is scheduled for Saturday, December 3, 2022, at Dan's Tow Bar in Peoria, beginning at 3:00 pm. Her remains will be buried at a later date next to her mother at Fondulac Cemetery in East Peoria. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to St. Jude Midwest Affiliate.
