Margaret Ann Bridges, 60, of Peoria, Illinois, passed away on April 20, 2026, at her residence. She was born on July 8, 1965, in Peoria. Margaret spent her life in the community she called home.

Margaret was a dedicated worker and a familiar face to many. She last worked at SC2 in Bartonville, Illinois, and was also a beloved bartender in Peoria. Her warm, personal, and bright spirit left an impression on everyone she encountered.

Family was the heart of Margaret’s life. She is survived by her sister, Theresa Bridges, and her brothers, Bryson and Michael Bridges. She leaves behind her daughters Dawn Collins, Sarah Bridges, and Rachael Merry. Margaret cherished her role as a grandmother to her seven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. She also leaves behind numerous nieces and nephews who will remember her fondly.

Margaret was preceded in death by her mother, Linda Bridges, and her aunt, Kathy Howard. Their memories remained close to her heart throughout her life.

Those who knew Margaret will remember her as someone who brought joy to every gathering. She especially loved spending time with her family, finding immense happiness in her grandchildren’s eyes.

A celebration of Margaret’s life will be determined at a later date. May her memory bring comfort to all who knew her.
