Martha Ravenscroft

Martha B. Ravenscroft, 91, of East Peoria, passed away at 10:15 a.m., Friday, March 2, 2012 at her home. Martha was born on January 30, 1921 in Harper, Kansas to Jacob and Salome Schreckenberg Meister. She married William A. Ravenscroft in Harper on July 6, 1937. William passed away on October 2, 1992 in Iowa City, Iowa. Survivors include one daughter, Phyllis Dee of Morton. Martha was of the Protestant faith. She had a great love for all animals. Martha also was loved and a loyal friend to all who knew her. Cremation Rites have been accorded with graveside services being held at a later date.
