WEST PEORIA...Michelle Ann Fenwick, 40, of West Peoria, died unexpectedly early Saturday, April 30, 2011 at her home. Michelle was born on January 9, 1971 in Bloomington to Leon Fenwick and Phyllis Reiff. Among those surviving is her fiancee, David Siewert; a daughter, Amanda Fenwick of Peoria; her mother, Phyllis Fulfer of Bloomington; her father, Leon Fenwick of Peoria; one sister, Becky (Kevin) Walsh of Bloomington and one loving granddaughter, Haylie Neltner. Michelle had been a cook for several years at Haddad's in West Peoria. A celebration of Michelle's life will be held at 1 p.m., Saturday, May 7 at the Eagles Club, 1704 S. East Lane in Peoria. Memorials may be made to the Michelle Fenwick Fund c/o CEFCU. Assisting the family in arrangements is Affordable Funeral & Cremation Services of Central Illinois.
