Nina E. Snider

Nina E. Snider, 88, of Peoria Heights, IL, passed away at 8:38 pm on Thursday, June 13, 2024, at OSF St. Francis Medical Center in Peoria.

She was born on October 3, 1935, in Bennetsville, SC, to James and Ruby Ransom Prevatte. She embarked on a lifelong journey with her beloved James W. Snider, whom she married on July 4, 1952, in Burlington, IA.

Her husband of Peoria Heights and three daughters, Sharon (Ted) Coffey of Washington, IL, Judy Pfanz of Yorktown, IN, and Bonnie (Ron) Remmel of Edelstein, IL, survive. Also surviving are seven grandchildren, ten great-grandchildren, and Nina's half-sister, Linda Fletcher. Her parents and one brother, J.D. Prevatte, preceded her in death.
