She was born on March 11, 1955, in Peoria, IL, to the late Lawrence and Esther (Tiffan) Riggenbach.

She graduated from East Peoria High School in 1973. After years as a stay-at-home mom, she started her own Wallpaper and Painting business, which she ran for a number of years.
She is remembered by many for her engaging smile and the love she had for her family. Togetherness and family traditions meant the world to her. She was truly a jack of all trades. In her spare time, she liked to tackle any DIY project but also had an affinity for birds and spending countless hours in her garden. She was a recipient of the Paul Peterson Bright Spot Award by the East Peoria Beautification Commission. She spent many years in bowling leagues and evenings playing Bunco with friends.
Cremation rites have been accorded. A celebration of Pam’s life we will be held on Saturday May, 23, 2026 at 4-7 pm at The UAW Hall Local 974, 3025 Springfield Rd, East Peoria, IL 61611.
