Pamela G. Mcenroe

Pamela G. McEnroe, 72, made her transition peacefully at 12:59AM, March 21, 2017 at OSF Richard L. Owens Hospice Home in Peoria, IL. Pam was born on July 22, 1944 in Peoria, IL, daughter of Paul Edward and Alice Jean Gillespie Young. She is survived by her brother Thomas Young and his wife Sylvia of Asheville, NC. Pam graduated from Bradley University with a degree in elementary education and later earned her Master's Degree. She loved teaching 5th and 6th grades in Pekin until she retired. Pam was known for her humor, love of family and friends, and her drive to succeed in whatever she focused on. She loved to make teddy bears and gladly gave them to friends and acquaintances, enjoyed selling on eBay and traveling to visit friends and family. Pam is loved and missed by all who knew her.
