Patrick Lee O'Brien born December 2, 1940 in Peoria, Illinois to Earl Hagan O'Brien and Lillian Christian O'Brien passed away August 18, 2018 at Aperion Care Villa in Morton, IL.

He is survived by his sisters, Peggy Seubert of East Peoria, IL and Barbara Benassi of Las Vegas, NV and one brother, Ralph O'Brien of Canton, IL. Also surviving are one son Michael Doss O'Brien, three grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. His parents, two brothers Richard and Earl, Jr. and one sister Sally Whan preceded him in death.

Patrick was the vocalist with The Swinging Gents who performed in the Peoria area, Sun City, Arizona and Las Vegas Nevada. He was a dance instructor at Arthur Murray Studio's in Peoria and he loved gospel music.

Cremation rites have been accorded and private family services will be held at a later date.Many thanks to the staff at Aperion Care Villa and Harbor Light Hospice in caring for Patrick.
