Philip Kemper, 70, beloved Father, Father-in-law, Son, Brother, and Grandfather, was called to his eternal resting place on Tuesday, December 27, 2022.

He entered this world on Tuesday, January 22, 1952, in Winchester, IL, born to William and Bonnie Kemper. He is survived by his son Aaron Kemper; daughter-in-law Renee Kemper; daughter Melissa Woodard; brother Randy Kemper; sister Billy Dircks; grandson Dakota Cornwell; and granddaughter Dominique Edwards.
