Randall "Randy" R. Hill

Randall "Randy"  Hill, 68, of Peoria passed away at 12:52 a.m., Saturday, December 7, 2019, at his residence surrounded by his family.

He was born on June 7, 1951, in Peoria the son of Melvin and Anne Ashbaker.  He married Mary E. Ballowe on August 7, 1991 in Peoria.

Surviving are his wife, five children, Wendy (David) Harshbarger of Norwood, IL; David Hill of Florida; Sara (David) Williams of Clearwater, FL; Charles Ballowe of Mountainview, CA; and Caroline (Trent) Miller of East Peoria.  Also surviving are 7 grandchildren.  Also surviving are one brother Bill (Deb) Hill of Peoria.  His parents, one daughter Amy Jo Hill, two brother and one sister preceded him in death.
