Richard E. Horsley, Jr 58, of Peoria passed away at 3:27pm Monday, October 26, 2015 at OSF St. Francis Medical Center in Peoria. He was born September 6, 1957 in Peoria the son of Richard E. and Sandra Reay Horsley Sr. He married Lynn Luncsford on January 31, 1976 in Peoria, IL. Surviving is his wife of Peoria and one daughter Angie Horsley of Peoria. Also surviving is his mother of Peoria; two brothers John Herrington and Bob Herrington; two sisters Paula Harris and Sandra Hardin all of Peoria. One son Richard E. Horsley III and his father preceded him in death. Richard was a painter for most of his working life. He had many enjoyments, including fishing, hunting and spending time with his family. Cremation rites have been accorded. There will be no services.
