Robert Leslie Dickson, 70, of Peoria, IL passed away on Tuesday, January 3, 2023, at Methodist Medical Center in Peoria, IL.

He was born on Saturday, July 5, 1952, in Peoria the son of Paul and Rosemary Barrick Dickson.  He married Norma Williamson on April 23, 1999 in Pekin and she passed away on January 30, 2013.  He was also preceded in death by

Surviving are two sons Dwayne (Raquel) Dickson of Washington and Brian (Vannessa) Dickson of Homer City, PA.  Also surviving are three step daughters Melissa Isabella and Teresa (Todd) Houle, and Dawn Roszhart. Also surviving are many grandchildren.

Robert proudly served his country as a U.S. Marine, being honorably discharged. He worked for Butternut Bread in Peoria and Bloomington for many years before his retirement.

Cremation rites will  be accorded.  A celebration of life will be held in the summer of 2023 and will be announced.
