Robert H. St. Clair Sr., 73, of Pekin, was called home to be with the Lord at 12:28 a.m. August 4, 2015, at his residence. He was born March 18, 1942 in Moline Il. To Harold and Dorothy Johnson St. Clair. He married Shirley Byrd June 4, 2005 in Peoria Surviving are his wife, four daughters, Cynthia Kirby, Elizabeth St. Clair, Stacy Salter, and Marcey Weekly, one son Robert H. St. Clair Jr., Three step children, Vickie Golden, Randell Byrd, and Teri Mont. Numerous grandchildren, step grandchildren, great grandchildren, step great grandchildren, and a step great great grandchild. He was preceded in death by his father, (MIA in 1944, when his ship, the U.S.S. Albacore SS 218 was lost at sea when Bob was an infant). He was also preceded in death by his Mother, Dorothy Miller, and his Step Father, Floyd Miller who raised him; his 3 adopted children: Ronald St. Clair, Becky Fabro, and Debra Spencer; one daughter, Deana Cummings; one grandchild, Devin Mikelson; one step-grandson; and one step-great grandson. Bob served in the U.S. Navy in the Vietnam War, was an active member at Grace Baptist Church in Pekin, was involved at the Miller Center in Pekin, he loved to dance, sing, fish, bake, and most of all he loved his family. Cremation Rites have been accorded. A Memorial Service will be conducted 3pm August 11, 2015 at Grace Baptist Church 1301 S. Fourteenth St. Pekin Il. 61554 (Corner of Fourteenth and Derby). Pastor Randy Justus officiating. Burial will be at a later date. Memorial Contributions made to Grace Baptist Church.
