Roger L. Lambie, 49, of Hanna City, IL passed away Friday March 16, 2018 at his residence.

He was born on June 9, 1968 in Peoria the son of John Haynes and Connie Stallings.

Surviving are his mother Connie Stallings-Lambie of Hanna City, biological father John Haynes of East Peoria and adopted father Alex (Sandy) Lambie of North Pekin. Also surviving are two sons Ryant (Shelby) Lambie and Cory Lambie both of Bartonville, three grandchildren Sofia, Hudson, and Owen. One sister Dawn (Chris) Casey of Peoria, one nephew Steffen Casey of Hanna City and niece Ally Casey of Peoria also survive. Further surviving are his paternal grandmother Billie Lambie of Bartonville, step brother Matt St. Clair, step sister Tracy St. Clair along with a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, friends, special buddies, dedicated caregivers and his four legged companion Tucker. His grandparents Hazel and Howard Kohlbuss, Glen Stallings and John Lambie preceded him in death.

Roger loved his family and friends, his home, the St. Louis Cardinals, Chicago Bears, fishing, slot games and junk food. He was very proud to be a grandpa and was the life of the party. His spirit and his strength was an inspiration to all who knew him and he was a good man.

Cremation rites have been accorded. A time to celebrate his life will be, Saturday, March 31, 2018 from 2:00pm until 7:00pm, at the VFW Hall, 4518 S. Lafayette St. in Bartonville. In lieu of flowers, memorials in his name may be given to Advocates for Access, 4450 N. Prospect Rd, Peoria Heights, IL 61616.
