Ronald Reliford Jr

Ronald Eugene Reliford Jr. 39, of East Peoria passed away Tuesday January 2, 2018 at home.

He was born October 16, 1978 to Ronald and Cindy (Hammond) Reliford Sr. He married Karen Cremeens on January 18th, 2007. She survives along with his mother Cindy Reliford and Jon Thomas (step father) of Peoria. His father Ronald and Corrina (step mother) Sr. of Williford, AR. Also surviving are two step daughters Kelsie Bullard of Peoria, Eryn (Daniel) Mullins of Washington; four grandchildren Makensie, Maximus, Wyatt and Brady. Further surviving are is mother in law Patsy Cremeens of Bartonville; two brothers Mark (Stephanie) Reliford and Adam (Candice) Reliford. Three step brothers Jon (Kim) Thomas ll Cobb CA, Robert (Jennifer) Thomas; Cobb CA, Randy Renfroe and Renea of St. Louis, MO. He was preceded in death by his grandparents. Gilbert and Frances Hammond, Ann Elwin, Frank Reliford, and many uncles and aunts.

He was loved by an army of nieces and nephews, and many cousins, aunts and uncles.

Ron last worked at Caterpillar in East Peoria as an assembler and before that he was a supervisor at Pollution Resolution in Tremont. He was a member of the Fight the Fight against Addiction and was a mentor to so many people in recovery.

Cremation rites have been accorded. A time to Celebrate Ron's Life is scheduled for Sunday, January 14th 2018, at the Fondulac Park District Building, 201 Veterans Parkway East Peoria, IL from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm.
