Ronnie L Morgan Sr

Ron L. Morgan Sr. 63, of rural Fairview, IL formerly of Pekin passed away unexpectedly on Friday, January 29, 2016 at his residence. He was born on November 11, 1952 in Frog Alley, TN the son of Verl and Edna Ward Morgan. He married Donna J. Lash on June 19, 1971 in Pekin and she survives. Also surviving is one son Ron L. Morgan Jr. one daughter Bobbi Garvie and one granddaughter Kristin B. Garvie all of Fairview. His parents, and two brothers preceded him in death. His extended family all his true brothers and sisters of over 45 years-the Lashes and Strope's, far too many to mention but will never be forgotten. Ron worked for Abel Vault and Monument Company in Pekin for many years. He then worked for Morton Metal Craft-Matcor for 25 years retiring in July of 2015. Ron was a most extraordinary man, leaving a forever impression on his many friends and family. He loved bass fishing on his lake with his wife and family. Cremation rites have been accorded. A time to celebrate Ron's life will be held at a later date, a moment for the forever impressions he left on all of us until we meet again and will be deeply missed.
