Sally A. Gunterman

Sally Ann Gunterman, 34, of Metamora passed away on Monday, December 2012 in East Peoria as a result of an auto accident. She was born on November 27, 1978 in Peoria to Karen Gunterman. She is survived by her children, Jazmine McAbee 10, and Ryan McAbee 8, of Metamora, her step-son, Daniel McAbee 14, of Lacon, her brother, Steven Ray Matarelli II, of Wylie, TX; her Mother, Karen Seaton of Peoria, her Stepfather, Thomas Seaton of FL; her children's Grandfather, Butch McAbee; her Aunts: Sandy Miller (Wayne) of Germantown Hills, IL; Jeannie Palomares of Peoria; Doris Gunterman of Pottstown; her Uncle, Gordon (Christine) Gunterman of East Peoria; Cousins: David Miller, Lenny Palomares, Ryan Gunterman, Bobbie Locke and Dana Adkinson all of Peoria; Nieces: Kirsten and Jamie Matarelli of Texas and her Sister-by-heart, Jessica Wagner of Metamora. Her life partner, Edward McAbee, her Grandmother, Frances Willard and her Aunt, Rose Siedel, preceded her in death. Sally was employed by First National Bank of Chillicothe. She enjoyed gardening and was a great cook. Sally loved life but above all else, she loved her children and was a wonderful Mother. Sally had a huge circle of friends and family who loved her very much and will forever miss her. Cremation Rites have been accorded with a memorial visitation scheduled for Monday Jan 7th at Mason Funeral Home in Germantown Hills from 4pm until 6pm. A buffet dinner will then be served for family and friends at the Spring Bay American Legion at beginning at 6:30pm also on Monday.
