Sherri
Faught
Mar 10, 1965 — Jun 22, 2026
Sherri Faught, 61, from Macomb, Illinois, peacefully passed away on June 22, 2026, in Peoria, Illinois. She was born on March 10, 1965, to Carroll Faught and Diana Schrodt Livermore. She was raised in the Bushnell area.
Sherri spent many years as a Registered Nurse, caring for others. She was known for being stubborn, independent, and maybe a little grouchy. Beneath her tough exterior was an enormous heart she often tried to hide. She was fiercely loyal to those she loved and was always willing to help when someone needed her.
She loved traveling, exploring new places, and creating memories with family and friends. Some of her happiest moments were spent laughing, sharing stories, and sipping margaritas with her favorite people.
She will be remembered for her strength, her wit, her unwavering dedication to others, and the quiet kindness she often tried to hide.
Above all, Sherri loved her children and grandchildren deeply. She was a devoted mother and proud grandmother, and her greatest joy was spending time with them. Her love, guidance, and support will always be remembered.
She is survived by her son, Joshua Livermore of Rushville, IL; Jessica (Ben) Burton of Macomb, IL; her son, John Livermore of Macomb, IL; and the father of her children, David Livermore of Macomb, IL. She is also survived by her grandchildren Drake Moore, Gage Moore, and Bristal Burton of Macomb, IL; her sisters, Cyndi (Hiro) Sato of O'Fallon, MO, and Tracey (Tony) Taylor of Bushnell, IL; her stepmother, Teresa Faught of Macomb, IL; her lifelong best friend, Mary Fouts; her cherished dogs, Cooper and Winston; and many nieces and nephews..
She was preceded in death by her parents, her stepfather, Jim Livermore, the father of her grandsons, Brodey Moore, and her great-nephew, Bryson Saddoris.
Her memory will continue to live on in the hearts of her family, friends, and all who knew her.
A celebration of Sherri's life will be held on July 18, 2026, starting at 3:00 p.m. at the VFW in Bushnell, Illinois. Cremation rites have been accorded.
