Susan Bennett

Susan M. Bennett, 66, of Morton passed away at 7:15pm on Monday March 31, 2025, at her residence. She was born on November 3, 1958, in Peoria the daughter of Vincent and Joan Smith Bennett.

Surviving are her sister in law Danette Bennett; three nephews Brandon Bennett, Brian Bennett and Josh Bennett.  Her parents, and two brothers Dennis and James Bennett preceded her in death.

Known for her warm smile and generous spirit, Susan spent many years as a medical courier for Peoria area hospitals. Her work was not just a job but a testament to her desire to help others. Susan's colleagues and those she served will remember her as a reliable and compassionate presence, always ready to go the extra mile. Her involvement in various associations within the medical community further reflected her passion for service and her belief in the importance of healthcare.
