Susan Elaine Howell, 72, of Peoria, IL, passed away at 9:45 pm on Monday, October 25, 2021, at Unity Point Health-Proctor in Peoria.

She was born on December 21, 1948, in Peoria, IL, to Ronald W. and Bernice M. (Traeger) White. She married Lester E. Howell.

Surviving are her husband, Lester of Peoria; daughter, Leslie (Jason) Meeks of Peoria; two grandsons, Zack (Brooke) Gloeckler and Brandon (Jalee) Meeks both of Peoria; two great-granddaughters, Adalyn and Callie with Paislee on the way; brothers, Ronald (Sherry) White of Bartonville, Randy White of Peoria, and Mike (Sherry) White of Washington; and sisters, Marianne Holman, Judy (Jerry Loos) Boles, and Kathy (Melvin) Anglin all of Peoria. She was preceded in death by her parents and niece Julie Reeder.

Susan was a personal banker for Associated Bank for 46 years. She was a member of Holy Family Catholic Church in Peoria. She loved to travel and spending time with her family.

Cremation rites have been accorded. A Memorial Mass will be held 10 AM Saturday, November 6, 2021 at St. Ann Catholic Church in Peoria. There will be no visitation.
