Tammy L."Hillbilly" Flinn, 56, of Peoria passed away at 7:11pm Friday, December 11, 2015 at OSF Richard L. Owen Hospice Home in Peoria. Blessing the world, she was born on April 27, 1959 in Clinton, Indiana the adopted daughter of the late Raymond and Verna Crowe Flinn. Surviving is the woman she waited her entire life for and spoiled her like no other wife, Roz Ann Dillon of Peoria. Further surviving are Tammy's adopted sons John Nuccio Jr., Robert Dowd, T/Rev Neff, the entire Dillon family and many special friends most importantly "F.T." and Sister Judith Ann as well as her puppies Minnie and Toto. Tammy put a smile on everyone's face she met, the love and acceptance that she had for all, was immeasurable. Tammy loved to shop, travel, play cards and spending as much time as she could with her "grandbabies". She was very proud of the fact that she had reformed her faith and knowing she would be greeted in heaven with open arms. The family would like to thank the amazing and caring doctors and staff at the Richard Owens Home and the Illinois Cancer Center. Cremation rites have been accorded. A Memorial Service is scheduled for 6pm Friday, December 18, 2015 at the Best Western, 201 E. Ashland St. in Morton. A time to celebrate Tammy's life will follow her service. In lieu of flowers, memorials in her name may be given to assist with memorial cost and for a cause very dear to Tammy's heart.
